1. 2025 Tour De Course (the Event) motorsport activity is conducted by KO Motoring Events
Pty Ltd of 207 Numurkah Road, Shepparton VIC 3630 (the Organiser).
2. A maximum of 50 Entries from competing crews will be accepted in order of receipt of
Entry. An entry that is not accompanied by a payment will not be accepted. Entries will
close on Friday 28 February 2025 at 5.00pm.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry and such decision shall be final.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event, if in its opinion, insufficient entries
are received, or if circumstances outside its control require the Event to be cancelled,
postponed or abandoned.
5. Competing Crews shall comprise of TWO members. One shall be designated as the Driver
and the other as either Navigator or Co-Driver.

We being the entrants of the vehicle described on this Entry Form wish to enter that vehicle for the above-mentioned Event.
We declare that the details we have provided on this form are true and correct in every particular to the best of our knowledge and belief. You are invited to seek legal advice before signing this document. We agree to be bound by the Supplementary Regulations issued for the Event and by the National Competition Rules of the Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Pty. Ltd. (AASA).

We know that motor sport is dangerous and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability and property damage can and do happen. We also acknowledge and agree that neither Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Pty Ltd, nor the sponsor organisations, nor the land owners or lessees, nor the Organiser of the Event, nor their respective servants, officials, representatives or agents (all of whom shall be collectively called “the Organiser”), shall be under any liability for my death, or any bodily injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by me, as a result of participation in or being present at the Event, except in regard to any rights I may have arising under the Trade Practices Act 1974.

We accept the conditions of and acknowledge the risks arising from attending or participating in the Event and being provided with the event services by AASA and the Associated Entities.

I have read the whole of this document and consent to him / her participating. In doing so, I acknowledge that Motor Sport is dangerous, and agree that neither Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Pty. Ltd. nor the Organiser shall be under any liability whatsoever for any death or bodily injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by the above named minor, or by me, howsoever such death or bodily injury, loss or damage iscaused by negligence or otherwise.
